We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this statement.

What data do we process and why?

  • Contact form: your name, email address and message. We only use this data to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. To prevent spam, the form is checked by the Akismet service.
  • Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email: the data you share with us yourself, such as your name, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Quotes and sales: the data needed to build, sell or deliver a food truck for you and to keep our records.
  • Website statistics: only if you give permission, we use Google Analytics to measure how visitors use our website. IP addresses are anonymised, data sharing with Google is switched off and we have a data processing agreement with Google.

Legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary to answer your question or to perform an agreement with you, because we have a legal obligation to do so (for example our tax records), or because you have given us permission (for example for statistics cookies).

Leasing through our leasing partner

The Prices & Lease page contains a lease calculator from our leasing partner. If you submit an application there, your data goes directly to the leasing partner (AutoFinance), which handles your application. The leasing partner is itself responsible for that data.

Who do we share data with?

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us run the website and our business, such as our website hosting (WordPress.com) and Google (statistics, only with your permission), or when required by law.

How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it. Data we must keep for our records, such as invoices, is kept for 7 years, as required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to the processing, to restrict the processing and to have your data transferred. You can withdraw any permission you have given at any time. Send your request to bahergrill@gmail.com; we will respond within one month.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
